Hello! Thanks for your contributions on the songs in Roxy Music (album). However, you might want to double-check the infobox templates in those articles, as they currently link to Achtung Baby rather than the correct album title, near the bottom of each box. -- Karada 09:09, 24 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, I changed them. I used Achtung Baby as a starting point. I'm sure there is also an empty infobox available, but I thought this would be easier.

Thank you for corrections in the Island Records discography.--Reinhard P. Braun 14:09, 29 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Maillot jaune

[edit]

Hi Pie.er. I just found the page Maillot_jaune_statistics on which you clearly have done a lot of great work. Well done! I was wondering about making a change and thought I should ask you. The right three columns in the main table are for overall sprint, kom, and young rider jerseys, yes? I was wondering if you thought it would be helpful to add that to the explanatory material above the table? Cheers, Doctormatt 16:56, 5 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, the three right columns only count the jerseys awarded on the last day of the tour. If that wasn't clear (and I don't think it was) then it should be changed. If you have any ideas to change it, please do so. Pie.er 07:47, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I added an explanation of the other jersey counts. I also changed the heading of the "sprinter" column to "points", since I think "points" is the name of the competition. Cheers, Doctormatt 16:25, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Pie.er, What about the green jersey of Erik Zabel in 1996 and the final victory of Bjaarne Riis the same year ? Should it be deleted ?--Belbk 13:01, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I guess not. I think the tour organisation asked Zabel and Riis to return the jerseys, but did not change the official classifications. If Ullrich and Moncassin are officially listed as winners of the yellow and green jerseys, then Riis and Zabel should be changed. I just checked www.letour.fr and Zabel and Riis are still listed as winners.--Pie.er 13:25, 16 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Hoi Pie.er, just want to tell you that I saw your maillot jaune wearers who didn't have a page list and have started up pages for each of them, I haven't started up the talk pages but will do some soon with the standard wiki cycling project start stubs and biography, and country stubs, --Dawesaudax 10:58, 14 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Medal table

[edit]

Ciao! Thank for the precious work with cycling medal table. Just a note: they should be listed by value, not chronologically... say, gold medal before silver ones etc. Ciao and good work.!!!

Tomasz Brożyna

[edit]

Thank you very much for your contribution to the article on Tomasz Brożyna. It's very much appreciated. Oberschlesien 08:34, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Susanne Ljungskog (and other cyclists)

[edit]

Nice work on updating these. In cases where you both change the chronological flow in the Palmares, and remove unimportant results, I think it might better to do it in two steps, to make it easier to see what has been removed. I'd suggest first removing unimportant results, and then reversing the list, to minimize the extra work. Khrister 18:45, 18 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

RE: Bryan Ferry

[edit]

Hello. I removed this quote because the accuracy of this newspaper is disputed as much as the accuracy of the Mirror. I don't think that the quote is that helpful to the article as the more strongly sourced bits are still there. Does that make sense? —Sean Whitton / 12:38, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I agree that Die Welt is disputed as well. So it is a bad source to show that Ferry really said those words. But it is a perfect source to show what was printed. And in my view, it weren't the exact words that Ferry said that caused the controversy, but the words that Die Welt printed. And because those words are perfectly sourced, I would put them in the article. But I can live with the article as it is now, knowing you had a reason ;) --Pie.er 13:06, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Standard cycling bio

[edit]

Maybe we should choose some one a bit easier, a bit more recent, to apply the standard cycling bio tests to? The two I picked out there is difficulty in finding quality references for. What do you think? SeveroTC 23:52, 28 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Jan Ullrich perhaps. As he has retired the information on him will be stable. SeveroTC 19:23, 11 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bye

[edit]

If you ever decide to come back, I'm sure your contributions will always be more than welcome. I for one have found them to be interesting and of the highest quality. So long! SeveroTC 17:36, 18 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
